Candidates must have experience in the following (Training is available if applicable). An Administrative assistant is to perform routine clerical and administrative duties.
Required Experience:
- Answering phones
- Filing and organizing documents (on and offline)
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time Management
- Work Independently
- Manage Mailchimp newsletter and mailing list
- Canva and/or Adobe Suite
- Able to type proficiently
- Assistance with printing
Part-time: Hours are flexible. Hours are an average of up to 15 hours per week.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday *NO WEEKENDS*
- On-site up to twice a week
Must be vaccinated (provide vaccination card)
Education:
- College student or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Admin Asst and/or Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
